Transition support

The seller will provide structured transition support to ensure a smooth and successful handover. At no additional cost, the buyer will receive up to three (3) weeks of training and transition assistance, including ride-alongs with technicians, review of all accounts, equipment, and service procedures, and guidance on pricing, billing, and customer communication. During this period, the seller will also be available for reasonable phone and email support to answer questions and help the buyer maintain continuity of service and strong customer retention as they assume full operational control of the route.
