Organized route mapping and existing billing structure are provided to streamline daily operations and cash flow from day one. In addition, a dedicated pool service truck (optional 2020 Ford Ranger set up for route work) is available for purchase separately, offering the buyer the opportunity to step into a fully equipped operation in one of North Houston’s strongest markets.

Transition support

The seller will provide extensive transition support to ensure a smooth and successful handover. At no additional cost, the buyer will receive up to three (3) months of training and transition assistance, including ride-alongs on the route, review of all account documentation, equipment details, and service procedures, as well as guidance on pricing, billing, and customer communication. During this period, the seller will remain available for reasonable phone and email support to address questions and help the buyer maintain strong customer retention while assuming full operational control of the route.
